The complainant felt that the judge involved in this case was unorganized, disrespectful, distracting, and in violation of their rights.

The Council determined that the issue was based on the outcome of the proceeding rather than the judicial conduct of the judge as there was insufficient evidence proving that the judge had misused their authority. The Council advised to the complainant that it is a judge’s role to control the proceedings with an effective and efficient use of time while maintaining a neutral perspective, which may have been misinterpreted by the complainant. As the case did not raise any issues that warranted further investigation, the matter was closed.
