The complainant believed that the judge involved in his case was prejudiced, negative, biased, and disregarding to him because he is a farmer. He also believed that the judge was inebriated while hearing the matter over a conference call while on vacation. The judge had allegedly shared the outcome of the trial with the opposition before informing the complainant and disregarded admissions which influenced the valuation of assets.

The Council deemed the premise of this complaint to be based on the final judgement of the case and not the judicial conduct. As there was no proof that the judge was inebriated, the matter was dismissed by Council. The complainant was advised that they hold the right to appeal the case with the appropriate courts. The matter was closed.
