The Council received letters from a complainant requesting that a decision from the Council regarding a previous complaint be reconsidered.

The complainant was advised by the Council that he must provide the affidavits offered in his past correspondence in order to corroborate his allegations, or include any other information. He was also advised that the process for reviewing complaints involves a number of steps that are set out in detail in the Review Procedures of the Council, and that, in many cases, complaints are dismissed summarily at the early screening stage.
