The complainant in this case claims damages against a number of individuals and corporations for allegedly wilfully and intentionally colluding, and damaging his right to a peaceful life. According to the complainant, the proceedings were unlawful and fraudulent and a company gained illegal possession of his property resulting in his personal belongings being removed from it. The complainant felt as if the judge dismissed his claim without hearing the case and failed to review all of the materials. Since the action and motion dates were already set and confirmed, he felt that he should have been given the opportunity to argue his case before the judge based on “authentic evidence” and “undisputable civil fraud”.

From the documentation that was submitted, the Council determined that the complainant was in clear disagreement with the outcome of the trial. The complainant was advised that Council has no authority to review a judicial decision for the purpose of determining its correctness, nor can the Council change or rescind a judgment. The matter was closed.
