The complainants in this case allege that a judge committed a series of inappropriate actions including negligence, bias, obstruction of justice and breaches to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. They allege that the judge discriminated against them on the basis of their heritage and religion, is guilty of whitewashing and covering up very serious improprieties, and covering up for the defendants.

The excerpts of the transcripts filed by the complainants showed that the judge was very attentive and patient. The Council found that the complaint contained allegations that were unsupported by evidence that the complainants disagreed with the judgment. They were advised that Council has no authority to review a judicial decision for the purpose of determining its correctness, nor can the Council change or rescind a judgment. The matter was closed.
