A series of correspondence letters regarding this complaint were received by Council. The complainant alleged that the judge committed criminal abuse of the process, obstruction of justice and violated his Charterrights by allowing the Crown to openly and blatantly fabricate evidence, obstruct justice and witnesses, and defy court orders. The judge also allegedly ignored over a third of his defence, and lacked consideration for the court process and a person’s life as evidenced by the number of hearings the complainant has gone through.

The Council concluded that the complaint was about the court process and the judge’s decisions. The Council also noted that the complainant had appealed the decision with the appropriate court. The matter was closed.
