The complainant provided multiple correspondence letters to the Council with allegations that the judges involved in his case lacked integrity and impartiality. The original complaint revolved around suing the RCMP for various mischiefs. The application was repeatedly dismissed by two judges due to the complainant being unable to provide proof and to follow the proper processes to confirm the allegations. After a third judge took on the matter, the complainant was continuously advised that, in order to review the allegations, proof was required.

The complainant was unable to provide clear and impartial responses during all of the correspondence, and continued to be abusive to the process. The matter was closed.
