This complaint is in reference to previously submitted complaints regarding multiple judges and their inability to make proper judicial decisions. This complaint in particular references the actions of 3 judges. The complainant expressed that the first judge was mentally unfit to perform his duties as he found an individual guilty in an attempted murder case. The next complaint was about a second judge who refused to vacate an order against a third judge. By refusing to vacate the order, the second judge would assist the Crown in proceeding to a trial against the complainant.

The complainant had submitted a multitude of correspondence to the Council regarding these matters, and was advised on many occasions that the Council is unable to review a case based on its judicial decision. The Council determined that the complaint was an abuse of the complaint process and did not warrant further consideration. The matter was closed.
